Chamberlain Mechanical Service removed two absorption chillers and installed all new control valves, pumps, chillers and cooling towers.

Dominion Virginia Power (One James River Plaza 801 E. Cary St.)

We Removed two Carrier centrifugal chillers and installed two new centrifugal chillers with new controls and solid state starters. We were able to maintain cooling to the building throughout the job as well as stagger equipment in and out which only required us to use one crane. The job was completed one week ahead of schedule.

Riverfront Plaza (901 E. Byrd St.)

Chamberlain Mechanical Service coordinated a helicopter lift to replace four, twelve ton package rooftop air conditioning units serving the building’s elevator equipment rooms. All four units were in service within eight hours.

Dominion Virginia Power (One James River Plaza 801 E. Cary St.)

Chamberlain Mechanical Service installed new Liebert units to provide cooling to the facility’s data center via chilled water from the house system or mechanical cooling.

Imperial Plaza (1717 Bellevue Ave.)

Chamberlain Mechanical Service provides maintenance staff with assistance in servicing and repairing all of their boilers, controls, and chillers.
